Our Chapter has 70 plus members. We cover a large geographic area including the Counties of Arlington, Culpeper, Clarke, Fairfax, Greene, Madison, Orange, Page, Fauquier, Frederick, Loudoun, Prince William, Rappahannock, Shenandoah, Stafford, and Warren as well as the Cities of Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Manassas, Manassas Park, and Winchester. We have been in existence for over 40 years. Our Chapter offers at least four educational offerings annually for our members. We have four business meetings each year, a family picnic in the summer, and an installation banquet in December of each year. We are a non-profit and our goal is to promote professionalism in real estate appraisal. We are big enough to be effective and small enough to care. Again, welcome!
